职位描述

· Participate in new product introduction to meet customers' needs, provide top-level technical support to engineering issues. · New tools development for new product prototype. · Redesign & update existing tools to optimize process for high efficiency and cost-down. · Perform the necessary new manufacturing technology, process or material trade studies to meet design targets. · Project planning by estimating the schedule, cost, risk identification, process definition and tool development and gates review by following PDP. · Prepare product drawings, specifications, and test plans to release the new products to manufacturing and satisfy product requirements. · Interface with factory, quality, sourcing and other engineers for new product development.

具体要求

· Master Degree Major in Mechanical, Metal Material, Material Forming and Control Engineering, or related. · Over 3 yeas solid experience on cold stamping, pressing, cutting and die design. · Familiar with drawing program, such as AutoCAD, Pro/E, UG, Solidwork, etc. · Good communication in Engish, experience from working in a foreign company environment will be preferable. · Corporative, open for other cultures, self-driven and open minded in general. · Motivated and a motivating person. · Familiar with CNC, Hydraulic press machine and punching machine.
