职位描述

HSE Support site management to make sure HSE activities in Hangzhou are in line with Bayer global HSE policies, and compliance with Chinese local law and regulations; Involve in QHSE audit carried by global QHSE experts and as key interface person to coordinate the action list by different responsible person. Particularly make sure that all required safety reviews (A2, A3, A4) for new investments and existing operations are carried out properly. The same applies to Management of Change. Take part in the consultation for new and/or modified plants and processes in order to ensure that they comply with Environmental, Health and Safety laws/codes. To arrange for HSE to formally investigate serious accidents and incidents in order to identify root causes and effective measures to be taken by Line Management to prevent recurrence incidents on Site. To perform or arrange for Environmental, Health and Safety monitoring and/or audits of the workplaces, practices and management systems in order to identify weaknesses and to promote corrective action to ensure continuous improvements in Environmental, Health and Safety standards across the site. Manage relevant department to inspect and maintain Safety, Fire fighting, Hygiene equipment and facilities Licenses/authority approval Keep good relationship with local authorities. Make sure the site can successfully pass their audits/inspections. Ensure all MSDS, manufacturing permits situation is complied with external regulations. Update and maintains all necessary approvals for the site operations, such EIA, SPA etc. Support Site QHSE Manager for the daily work on Safety, Environment Protection, Occupational Heath.

Improving in people’s retention in QHSE team. Qualifications Required: · Be graduated in chemistry or chemical engineering, · Bachelor degree or above · At least 5 years experience in chemical manufacturing industry. · Ability to rapidly analyze, then take clear accurate decision to resolve issues. · Ability to address simultaneously projects /issues · Multi-national company experience is plus. · Demonstrate pragmatism and ability for fieldwork. · An understanding of all aspects of industrial operations. · To demonstrate effective leadership, communication and good organization skills. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Good English written and spoken skills
