职位描述

Productivity Supervise compounding and filling operation in shift to achieve high efficiency and low cost objectives. Establish and maintain effective relationships with, packaging, maintenance and on-line QA to optimize production work flow in shift, and seek for continuous improvements. Quality Ensure compounding and filling operation is executed in accordance with approved procedures and by qualified operators. Report to plant management and QA in a timely manner for deviation and / or any potential quality risks. Keep clean room environment, filling equipment and associated supporting apparatus clean, tidy and in good condition, and is suitable for compounding and sterile filling. Monitor clean room personnel behaviors from time to time. Make sure compounding and filling operation is executed in a highly clean and reliable condition. Keep quality records clean, clear and be recorded on time. People Management Be responsible for the training of APA operators. Establish open and trusting working environment within the shift, and keep the team in high performing status. Other Responsibilities Ensure EHS compliance within the shift. Other tasks assigned by manufacturing manager.

具体要求

EDUCATION ADN EXPERIENCE High school or college graduates. Micro or engineering related background preferred. Five years' production experience in clean room operation, in a 24 hours operating plant. Deep understanding of clean room behaviors and the processing. Be able to read English frequently. One year floor level management experience.
