职位描述

1. Maintain customer master data and credit policy. 2. Issue tax invoices and ensure proper authorization and enough supports are in place before invoicing. 3. Release orders of sales per credit policies. 4. Check incoming payments to ensure in line with laws before posting, and record all of incoming payments in suspense. 5. Review and clear accounts related to AR and suspense accounts to ensure correct revenue and timely warning can be made. 6. Reconcile customer statements, VAT output with SAP. 7. Sales, AR, cash-collection and cash flow analysis. 8. Responsible for tax issues excluding IIT, such as VAT, Exporting VAT refund, Corporation Income Tax etc. 9. Declare monthly foreign exchange collection clearance to SAFE. 10. Communicate new policies of tax and foreign exchange control to proper positions. 11. Tax analysis, Reconciliation with SAP, and assist F/C and Assistant Controller to design tax saving plan. 12. Ongoing business transaction check to make sure each transaction agreed with Company policies, IFRS, GAAP of PRC. Other tasks assigned by F/C or Assistant Controller.

具体要求

1.University degree or above, Good English in both verbal and writing. 2.Good computer skills in Excel, and Access is preferred; Be familiar with ERP, and SAP experience is preferred. 3.Good knowledge of GAAP of PRC, and tax laws. Knowledge of IFRS is preferred. Good analytical logic, Team player, Result orientation, Customer focus, Open mind, Good Communication skills, Motive and Initiative in work. 大学学历；英语听说读写熟练；工作努力；团队精神；良好的沟通能力及学习能力; 有SAP使用经验，具备3年以上相关工作经验以上出纳工作经验者优先
